Privacy Policy
How Vetu Link collects, uses, and protects personal information — and the choices and rights you have over it.
Vetu Link, Inc. (“Vetu Link,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides dedicated GPU compute rental and LLM token API services (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights available to you. It applies to our websites, platform, and Services.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in four categories:
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account & billing | Name, work email, company, job title, billing address, payment details | Provision your account, invoice you, and communicate about your service |
| Usage & telemetry | API request metadata, cluster utilization, IP addresses, timestamps, log data | Operate, secure, and improve the Services |
| Customer content | Your models, weights, datasets, prompts, and outputs you store or process | Only to run your workload — never read for other purposes |
| Website data | Cookies, page views, and analytics events | Understand site usage and improve the experience |
We collect information directly from you (when you sign up, contact us, or configure your account) and automatically (through logs and cookies). We do not purchase personal information from data brokers.
2. How we use your information
- Provide the Services — provision and operate your clusters, serve API requests, and bill you accurately.
- Secure and troubleshoot — detect abuse, respond to incidents, and maintain the integrity of our platform.
- Communicate — service notifications, support responses, and (with your consent where required) product updates.
- Improve our infrastructure — analyze aggregate, anonymized telemetry to make the platform faster and more reliable.
- Meet legal obligations — comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our and others' rights.
3. Customer content & AI training
Your models and data belong to you. We do not use your prompts, outputs, model weights, datasets, or any other customer content to train, fine-tune, or improve any model — ours or anyone else's — now or in the future. This commitment is contractual and stated again in our Terms of Service.
Your content is processed only to the extent necessary to operate your workload on our infrastructure, and it is logically and physically isolated from other tenants.
4. Data retention & deletion
- Customer content — retained only while your service is active. Inference logs are purged immediately by default (zero retention). Upon termination, your content is deleted from our systems within 30 days, subject to backup-rotation cycles.
- Account information — retained for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- Usage telemetry — retained in aggregate form for operational and security purposes; raw logs are retained for no longer than 90 days.
You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting privacy@vetulink.com.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your content with third parties except as follows:
- Service providers — vendors that help us operate (data centers, payment processors, cloud providers), bound by contracts that limit their use to providing services to us.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the safety of our users, employees, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the successor is bound by this policy or equivalent terms.
We maintain a list of our key sub-processors, which we will provide on request.
6. Data security
We protect personal information using controls aligned to SOC 2 and ISO 27001, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, dedicated tenancy, role-based access control, and immutable audit logging. Formal attestations are being finalized; audit reports are shared under NDA as they complete. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we design our systems to minimize risk.
7. Data residency & international transfers
Our data centers are located in the United States. Customer content remains in-region and is not moved across borders unless you explicitly choose otherwise. For transfers of personal information outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete — request erasure of your personal information.
- Restrict or object — limit or object to certain processing.
- Portability — receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Opt out — where applicable under CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@vetulink.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
